中信金海外拓點2017年可望有新進度。金管會官員14日指出，中信參股泰國LHFG集團已送件金管會，目前正在審查，但因去年有12家國銀行不當銷售TRF等衍生性金融商品被開罰，各家都尚未提出改善措施，中信銀也是其一，因此，會等中信銀補件完成後再行審核。
金管會表示，目前中達人 信銀在TRF等衍生性金融商品的客訴案件上，都已有處理，也沒有新增案件，因此，海外參股案有機會加速通關。
TRF裁罰案、樂陞案陸續爆發後，中信金去年許多海外擴張案都陸續喊卡，包括收購大陸中信銀行國際（中國）100％股權、收購蘇格蘭皇家銀行馬來西亞子行100％股權、參股大陸農銀人壽14.4％、在福建自貿區新設持股49％的證券合資公司，全被金管會「凍審」，導致合約無法履行而被迫終止。
中信銀泰國參股案是在去年3月時宣布，中信銀將以166億元泰銖（約新台幣154億元），參股投資泰國LH Financial（簡稱LHFG金融集團）35.6％股權，交易後中信銀與原大股東Land & Houses Group持股比重相同、並列LHFG最大股東，該參股案原本已到期，但去年底中信與泰方已延約到2017年9月30日，現在就等金管會點頭。
泰國曼谷郵報（Bangkok Post）日前一度報導，中信金參股泰國LHFG金融集團逾3成的投資案，由於全案卡關過久，LHFG金融集團已經有破局的準備，而且已經擬好B計劃。
但LHFG金融集團總裁Sasitorn Phongsathorn接受該報訪問時表示，中信金控旗下的中國信託商業銀行仍可望是該集團的策略投資人，除非到2017年3月，全案仍無法完成，該集團才可能另有打算。
為了讓海外投資不再卡關，中信金去年11月董事會也明快決議，對樂陞投資人提供5億元的道義補償金，並火速匯給投保中心，讓完成登記的樂陞投資人都可獲得一定的補償金。

（中央社記者田裕斌台北20日電）國泰金控經濟研究團隊最新「國民經濟信心」調查顯示，有46.2%的民眾認為受到一例一休的影響不大，但44%的民眾認為弊大於利，遠高於認為利大於弊的9.8%。
國泰金調查指出，有6成以上的民眾認為在實施一例一休後，每月經常性薪資並不會有變化，認為會減少的民眾(23.6%)遠高於認為會增加的民眾(8.8%)，其中有8.9%民眾認為，每月經常性薪資可能減少超過5%，僅有3.3%民眾認為每月經常性薪資可能增加超過5%。
國泰金表示，去年12月景氣對策信號續呈綠燈，製造業營業氣候測驗點由綠燈轉呈黃紅燈，景氣領先、同時指標穩定上升，主計總處也上調去年經濟成長率(GDP)概估值至1.40%，顯示國內景氣穩定回升，今年2月民眾的景氣樂觀現況指數及景氣展望樂觀指數同步上揚至-22.5及-20.7，顯示民眾對於經濟信心已明顯改善。
在就業市場部分，雖然受到一例一休的政策衝擊，民眾對就業現況與展望的樂觀程度也出現彈升，對於薪資上漲現況與展望也轉趨樂觀，尤以現況指數反彈較明顯，不過，民眾對於耐久財的意願仍未見顯著改善，大額消費意願僅小幅增加，研判消費對於未來景氣復甦的推升力道恐不如外需。
此外，股市樂觀程度與風險偏好連續 3個月上揚，創近期新高，今年2月股市樂觀指數持續攀高至-18.4，創去年下半年以來新高，風險偏好指數同步上升至-8.9，為2016年9月以來新高，雖指數仍處在負值階段，但已顯示民眾對於未來半年股市的看法持續轉趨樂觀，願意加碼股市的民眾回流，在經濟基本面支撐下，應有助於支撐金融市場穩健表現。1060220
